A new developing consulting company, conducting Studies, Licensing and Management of Energy Projects and acting as Broker-Commercial Agent in Natural Gas commercial transactions (through pipeline or liquefied state) in the Greek Wholesale Gas Market is searching for an associate-employee Junior Engineer for full time employment in the office located in Athens.

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the position include:
• Communication with relevant Authorities and Operators in the Energy Sector (RAE, DESFA, HEnEx, etc.).
• Act as focal point of contact with Investors, Suppliers, Traders and Energy Consumers (mainly of Natural Gas) in Greece and abroad.
• Energy Market Monitoring and conducting Energy Market Analysis Reports (Balancing of Nominations and Flows of Natural Gas, Price index) in Greece and in South Eastern Europe (Balkans).
• Participate in Project teams to execute energy projects for suppling end users with natural gas, LNG, CNG or renewable (green) gases, (biogas, biomethane, hydrogen).
• Participate in conducting Feasibility Studies of Energy Investment Projects (new Natural Gas connections or Energy upgrade of existing connections).
• Participate in Energy Project Development teams (licensing, connection project agreements with the transmission and distribution Natural Gas Networks, studies and project milestones managements).
• Day to Day operation of the office in Athens (Contract Agreements, Invoice Issuances, Payments, Company’s running cost control etc.)

Qualifications
Main requirements for the position:
• Diploma or M.Sc. in Engineering from a Greek or foreign University or Technological Educational Institute.
• Proven experience in Energy Sector and more specific in Natural Gas Industry even in a pre-diploma level will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Access or Data Base (Ms Office).
• Ability to work in parallel and different projects (offers, commercial transactions, elaboration of studies, development or/and implementation or Projects).
